[macOS][Fullscreen] Switching from fullscreen to windowed and then to fullscreen again breaks the view on native resolution
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project or create a new one
2. Build an empty scene for macOS standalone
3. Launch the build
4. Make sure native display resolution is selected and fullscreen is enabled ('Windowed' checkbox disabled)
5. When launched click CMD+F to switch to windowed
6. Click CMD+F again to switch back to fullscreen
7. Notice the game resolution changes and black bars appear on top and bottom of the screen (screenshot)
