[macOS] Fullscreen on macOS standalone builds doesn't work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Build an empty scene to macOS
3. Launch the build in fullscreen (Windowed checkbox disabled)
4. Notice the game is still launched as it's in windowed mode (the bar on the top is visible, the window can be moved)
Notes:
Reproducible with both Metal and OpenGLCore graphics APIs.
Same behaviour with all fullscreen modes.
