[MacOS] Editor crashes after closing the splash screen
How to reproduce:
1. Create new URP template project (other templates are crashing too, URP seems to be more consistent)
2. Once splash screen comes up, click X in the top right corner to close it
Expected result: Splash screen closes
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15
Does not reproduce with: 2022.1.0a14 (no close button)
Note: Splash screen close button is only available on Mac platform
