[macOS]Editor breaks on macOS when it is dragged to external display and back
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Drag it to another display and back few times
Actual: Editor breaks see the video attached
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a9
