[macOS] Display flickers with bright colors when built Player uses 2 or more Displays
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “MultiDisplayTest” on a machine with 2 or more connected displays
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Build and Run the project
4. Observe the built Player behavior on both displays
Expected result: There are no artifacts or flickering
Actual result: One of the displays is flickering with red colors
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.26f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.0b13
Reproducible on: macOS 13.6.6
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: If the “ProjectSettings/QualitySettings.asset” Settings file is deleted the issue stops reproducing
