[macOS] Crash when calling Graphics.SetRenderTarget with a RenderTexture with 8 MSAA Samples and Tex2DArray dimension
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. See if the NewBehaviourScript.cs is attached to any GameObject, if not - attach it
3. Enter Play Mode
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.6f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a7
