[macOS] Color picker preview is not updating after moving cursor over the the OS menu bar while using Eyedropper tool
Steps:
# Create a new project
# In the Hierarchy select "Main Camera"
# In the Inspector select the "Background" color slot
# In the Color window select the Color Eyedropper tool and move the cursor over the Unity logo in the menu bar
# Try moving the cursor within the Editor
Expected result: Preview gets updated
Actual result: Preview gets stuck, unable to sample the color
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b13, 2023.3.0a9
Reproducible with device:
- macOS 13.6 (22G120) (M1 Max)
Not reproducible with devices:
- macOS 14.0 (23A344) (M1 Max)
- Windows 10 (22h2)
