[macOS] Bottom part of the Inspector is hidden when entering fullscreen mode in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Project Window, select a folder
3. In the Inspector, observe the Asset Labels tab
4. Go to the fullscreen mode
5. In the Inspector, observe the Asset Labels tab again
Expected result: The bottom part of the Inspector is not hidden
Actual result: The bottom part of the Inspector is hidden
Reproducible with: 2019.3.4f1, 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.12f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.3.3f1
