Asset Store window remains focused after focusing on another window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Click Window -> General -> Asset Store
3. Click on any window that is not obstructing Asset Store window
4 Notice that the Asset Store window remains focused
Expected result: Asset Store window becomes unfocused
Actual result: Asset Store window remains focused
Reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.4f1, 2018.3.0a8
Note: blue highlight state for focused windows was introduced in Unity 2018.3
