[macOS 13.1] Exception when running Xcode build on Ventura 13.1
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to File > Build settings and check the “Create Xcode Project” box
3. Build the project
4. Build the Xcode Project
Expected result: Xcode Build is successful and is played
Actual result: Xcode Build doesn’t play and an exception is thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.2.19f, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2022.2.0a13, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a24
Reproducible on: macOS 13.1 (M1 Max)
