[macOS] Mac Retina Support Player Setting is not respected by Screen.currentResolution when turned off
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "MacRetinaSupport.zip" project
2. Build and run it
3. Observe UI text
Expected result: The half resolution of the retina screen is displayed
Actual result: Full resolution of the retina screen is displayed
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b11
Can not test with: 2021.1.0a6 (errors when building)
Note: From 2019.3.0a11, Display Resolution Dialogue is always disabled with no option to change it, therefore Mac Retina Support does not work at all
