[Mac] Flickering appears when resizing the Console
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1090412"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click on the error in the Console and make sure nothing is being inspected in the Inspector
4. Slowly resize the Console and observe the Editor
Expected: The Window is resized smoothly
Actual: Some parts of the Editor are flickering and distorted text can be seen anywhere while resizing the Window
Reproducible with: 2017.4.13f1, 2018.2.12f1, 2018.3.0b6, 2019.1.0a5
