[Mac] Class using inheritance with a generic type constraint causes crashes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Run Scenes\Setup Scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: no crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproduced with: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.1f1, 2017.4.2f2, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b4
Note: the Script in question is Manager.cs
