[Mac] Build using Metal API throws error and doesn't work with multiple displays
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project "Stop Motion Station.zip"
2. Go to Player Settings and make sure that Metal is set as the Graphics API
3. Build for Mac Standalone
Expected result: multiple displays work
Actual result: only one display works, the app doesn't actually run properly
Reproduced with: 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.6f1, 2018.3.0a10
Note: OpenGL Core works as intended
