[M1] switching to OpenGLCore doesn't actually change the active graphics API
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Go to Edit -> Project Settings -> Player -> Other Settings
3. Uncheck "Auto Graphics API for Mac"
4. In the reorderable menu add OpenGLCore graphics API
5. Drag the OpenGLCore option to the top, to make it the active graphics API and restart the editor
Expected results: Active graphics API is changed to OpenGLCore
Actual results: Active graphics API is still Metal after restarting
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
Notes:
- Reproducible with: M1 macOS 12
- Not reproducible with: Intel macOS 12, Intel 10.15.7
- The active graphics API can be noticed either from the window title or by calling SystemInfo.graphicsDeviceType

Resolution Note (fix version 2022.2):
OpenGL is no longer supported on Apple Silicon chips. The option for OpenGL in Player Settings only works for Intel chips. A warning will be displayed from 2022.2.0a4 and onwards that OpenGL is not supported on Apple Silicon chips and Metal will be used instead.
