[M1][Rosetta] Crackling sound when Editor is compiling
Reproduction steps:
1. Create an empty project
3. Play music in the background
3. Create a new C# script and let it compile
Expected result: No sound is played
Actual result: Crackling sound is heard
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.28f1, 2021.2.12f1, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.2.0a4

Only reproducible with Rosetta, never reproducible with Native Apple Silicon Editor

Resolution Note:
This is likely an issue with Apple process/thread scheduling. CPU-heavy tasks are interfering with the process that is playing audio. It occurs even with Apple software, such as Xcode.
