[M1] [Performance] Frame Rate significantly drops when Game View window is moved outside the Editor during the Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open users attached project
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Press the Stats button in the Game View window
4. Drag the Game View window outside of the Editor window
Expected result: Frame rate stays stable and the same
Actual result: Frame rate drops below 100
Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12
Notes:
-reproduces with any Project
-sometimes maximizing the Game View window causes the frame rate to drop below 10
-frame rate drop also happens when rendering Scene View and Game View at the same time

Also occurs for me when undocking shadergraph, this makes working in the shadergraph window very slow.
