[M1] MockHMD package error when entering Play mode with Apple silicon Unity version
Reproduction steps:
1. Open a new project
2. Open Edit > Project Settings > XR Plug-in Management
3. Install XR Plug-in Management
4. Select Mock HMD Loader
5. Enter Play mode
Expected result: No error in the Console
Actual result: Error “DllNotFoundException: UnityMockHMD assembly:<unknown assembly> type:<unknown type> member:(null)” in the console
Reproduced with: 1.2.0-preview.1 (2023.1.0a22), 1.3.0-preview.1 (2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a22)
Not reproduced with: 1.3.0-preview.1 (2020.3.42f1) (X64 version)
Reproducible on: macOS (M1)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
