[XR][Android][URP] Mobile VR application crashes if using GLES2 and URP
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build to Android device
Expected result - Application does not crash or Unity should not allow user to build with specifications if we don't support GLES2+LWRP on VR
Actual result - Build is successful and crash occurs
Notes:
1. Reproducible with LWRP 5.2.3 and 4.6.0,3.0.0 package versions
2. Reproducible with Cardboard, Oculus and Daydream

Resolution Note:
Unity's support for Cardboard, Daydream, and GearVR has been deprecated in our 2019.3 release and will be removed in a future release. As such, we're deprioritizing our support for those XR platforms, and won't be actively fixing issues related to the platform.
