[XR][URP] Shadow artifacts appear on Particles when using LWRP/Particles Shaders
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Open the "Assets\00_Scenes\BugReports\ParticleSystemCutout" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: Particles aren't blocked by wrongly scaled shadow pass
Actual result: Particles are blocked by wrongly scaled shadow pass
Reproducible with 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b5
Could not reproduce on versions earlier than 2019.1.9f1 and on later than 2019.2.0b5 due to compiler errors
