[LWRP-VR] RenderViewportScale makes wrong camera frustum in Lightweight Render Pipeline for VR
Using the Lightweight Render Pipeline for VR with a scene that adjusts XRSettings.renderViewportScale via script causes the camera view to change. See the attached screenshot and the "Case posted to website" section for more details. I set this as not a regression because SRP is a new feature.
RESOLUTION NOTE: Currently LWRP doesn't support RenderViewportScale.

Resolution Note:
Currently LWRP doesn't support RenderViewportScale, so this is a feature request as compared to an issue. We're recording the feature request for a future version of LWRP.
