LWRP package fails to install when there is an Lightweight pipeline asset in the project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a project with the 3D template
2. Open Package Manager
3. Install Render-pipelines.lightweight
4. In the Project Window, Create/Rendering/Lightweight Pipeline Asset
5. Remove Render-pipelines.lightweight
6. Install Render-pipelines.lightweight again
Expected result: Render-pipelines.lightweight package installs successfully
Actual result: Render-pipelines.lightweight package fails to install and throws 70 errors
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0f2
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.0b10, 2018.1.0b13
Couldn't test with: 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.3f1, 2018.1.0b6 (Render-pipelines.lightweight package didn't exist prior to 2018.1.0b7)
Can't install package at all: 2018.1.0b7, 2018.1.0b9, 2018.1.1f1, 2018.2.0b4
