Changing Light Type to Freeform after clicking on Reset throws multiple "ArguementOutofRangeException"
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Install Window > Package Manager > Lightweight RP
3. Project > Assets > right-click > Renderndering > Lightweight Render Pipeline > Pipeline Asset
4. Project > Assets > right-click > Renderndering > Lightweight Render Pipeline > 2D Renderer
5. Assign UniversalRenderPipelineAsset to Edit > Project Settings > Graphics > SRP Settings
6. Assign New 2D Renderer Data to Project > UniversalRenderPipelineAsset > Inspector > General > RendererList
7. Create Hierarchy > right-click > Light > 2D > Global Light 2D
8. Click on Hierarchy > GlobalLight2D > Inspector > Light 2D > Burger button > Reset
9. Change Light Type to Freeform
Expected Result: Light type should be changed without any error
Actual Result: Multiple "ArguementOutofRangeException" appears on the console
Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a4, 2019.3.0b4, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.2.0b6
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
