[XR][URP][ARCore] Black screen when launching ARCore scene with LWRP
How to reproduce:
1. Open project and deploy to Android
2. Open application and give camera permissions
Expected result - Camera feed is shown
Actual result - No camerra feed is shown and screen artifacts are present (on some devices)
Tested with LWRP 5.2.3 version
Reproducible with - 2019.2.0a6, 2019.1.0b4
