[LWRP][Android] Screen flickering when changing orientation from portrait to landscape and using Lightweight RP
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run to device
3. Once the application is built, change the orientation from landscape to portrait and vice versa
Expected result: Orientation is changed, no flickering appears
Actual result: Application is flickering once changing device orientation
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a3, 2018.2.0b9, 2018.1.4f1 (Tested with LWRP - 2.0.3, LWRP - 2.0.1, LWRP - 1.1.10)

Not reproducible with:
Samsung SM G950F, OS:8.0.0, CPU:arm64-v8a, GPU:Mali-G71
Samsung SM G928F, OS:7.0, CPU:arm64-v8a, GPU:Mali-T760 (black screen is present for a second once changing the orientation, although no flickering is present)
Lge LG H815 (G4), OS:6.0, CPU:arm64-v8a, GPU:Adreno (TM) 418 (black screen is also present for a second, once changing orientation)
