[Lumin]Only skybox and canvas render in Lightweight Rendering Pipeline
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project in MLTP1 with LWRP template
2. Run the Magic Leap simulator
3. Enter playmode in the project
4. Go back to the simulator
Expected result: full scene view is visible with all objects
Actual result: only the skybox and UI are rendered
Reproduced on 2018.1.0b8-MLTP1, Lumin SDK 0.11.1
Not reproduced on non LWRP project
