[LPPV] Using "Automatic local" proxy volume uses same color all over the particles spread
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene particles
3. Play - notice that all the billboards are red or reddish
If you switch to Automatic World, they will be as expected in range from red to green same as the probes.
