[LowPassFilter] Low pass filter's Cutoff Frequency cannot be animated
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Cutoff_Filter"
3. Open Animation window
4. In hierarchy, select "Audio Source"
5. In Animation window, click "Add Property" and expand both "High Pass Filter" and "Low Pass Filter"
6. Notice that "Low Pass Filter" doesn't have "Cutoff Frequency" property
Note: This might be due to different appearance in inspector - Low Pass Filter has slider as value input and High Pass Filter has input field
Reproduced with: 5.2.4p1, 5.3.2p2, 5.4.0b5

I got a genius idea today to animate the low pass filter with an animation and not a script...

Can we get a fix for this?
It's a silly bug and quite annoying and has been there for quite a while now.

Resolution Note:
This feature won't be doable since it creates an ambiguity between whether the lowpass cutoff frequency should be controlled by the animation curve or the distance curve of the AudioSource that it is hardwired to.
