VP8/WEBM Video stops looping after playing for some time
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (VideoPlayer bug)
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the video clip being played in the Game View
Expected result: the video in the Game View loops endlessly
Actual result: after some amount of time(15 to 60 seconds) the video stops looping
Reproducible with: 2018.1.6f1, 2018.2.0b10
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.0a3
Could not test with: 2017.x - webm videos don't loop
Notes:
Tested on macOS High Sierra 10.13.4
Debug-Logging VideoPlayer.frame displays that the frame is still being updated despite Game View not updating the video
Setting the Playback Speed to 2 and above prevents the issue from happening
The issue also is present in a built project
