[LookDev] Separator can be extended so much that none of the ends are seen on screen, making it impossible to resize
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Open lookdev, open any of the views that have a separator
3. Extend the separator as much as possible
4. Notice that since the separator's ends are not on screen, it's impossible to make it smaller again (see https://gyazo.com/172de6fe1c1583b9192539dadcccd8ba)

Not tested on earlier versions because look dev is a new feature
