[OSX] Detached Editor windows go behind the Editor when clicked outside of them
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project or create a new one.
2) Drag the Hierarchy window so that it becomes detached from the Editor.
3) Press somewhere on the Editor, but outside of the detached Hierarchy window.
The detached window goes behind the Editor. This happens with all detached windows (Inspector, Hierarchy, LookDev, etc.)
5.5.0b2, 5.4.0p4, 5.3.6p4, 5.2.4f1
Did not reproduce on Linux.

Now that this is "fixed" - imagining that I'm a programmer working mostly on a laptop, sitting next to artists, game designers or the build machine and helping them out, so not having my 65 inch screen with me - is there a way to get the focus to the main window again because every detached window is always drawn on top of it? Am I missing something? Clicking into the main window doesn't help, hitting a hotkey of a panel docked into the main window (e.g. cmd+1 for the docked scene view) doesn't help - am I supposed to minimise everything all the time?
I REALLY would like this to be optional or reverted, it drives me NUTS.
