Look-up textures shows different results than post-processing package when Universal Render Pipeline is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("URPR1.zip")
2. Open Project Settings window (Edit->Project Settings...)
3. In Project Settings window select Graphics tab
4. In Graphics tab set Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings to none
Expected result: Applied LUTs in the Game window looks the same
Actual result: Applied LUTs in the Game window looks different
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b6 (URP 7.0.1), 2020.1.0a7 (URP 7.1.2)
Not tested with versions up to 2019.3.0a11 because URP was introduced in 7.0.1 which is available from 2019.3.0a12
