[Look Dev] Views Rotation value is changing when moving mouse pointer inside Views drop down menu
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Look Dev window
3. Open Views drop down menu
4. Move Rotation slider
5. Release slider and move mouse inside Views drop down menu
6. Notice that Rotation value changes when mouse pointer is moving inside Views drop down menu
Expected result: Rotation should not change after releasing slider handle
Reproducible: 5.6.0a1
