Long Tile Palette name breaks window UI
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project using the Universal 2D template
- Go to "Window" -> "2D" -> "Tile Palette"
- Click "Create New Tile Palette"
- Select "Create New Tile Palette"
- Enter a really long name and click "Create"
- Observe the result
Actual results: Long name breaks the window UI: tool buttons lose visibility, "Create New Tile Palette" section with entered long name "pops out" of the window
Expected results: Name validation should be added, or long name should be truncated with "..."
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a3
Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.1
