Long string of text cannot be seen when deleting it
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Hierarchy window rename any GameObject to have a long name that it doesn't fit
3. Start deleting the name of the GameObject from the end
Expected result: text which is being deleted is seen
Actual result: at a certain point the text which is being deleted cannot be seen
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
Note: Also reproducible in the Hierarchy search and any other text field in the Unity Editor
Workaround: Using the Left Arrow key to see the previously written text
