Logs are not created when a Standalone Player crashes while loading dlls
Steps to reproduce*:
1. Download and open the attached project(oc link)
2. Build for standalone
3. Launch build on an AVX incapable machine
or
Use any other way to force a crash during the loading of dlls
Expected result: crashes and logs for the player can be found in appdata
Actual result: no output_log or crash dumps are generated
Reproduced on 2017.1.0f1, 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.2f1, 2019.1.0a13
*to reproduce the bug you need to force a crash to happen during the loading of the dlls
