[LOD] LOD grouping isn't consistent in inspector and scene view
To reproduce:
1. Create a cube (while quality setting is fantastic)
2. Add LOD
3. Zoom in/out in scene view
4. Notice that current LOD group is different in scene view and inspector (check out attached video)
Workaround is to change LODBias to 1 in QualitySettings
