[Localization] 'The Table "texts_en" does not have a SharedTableData' exception when opening project
Reproduction steps:
1. Copy attached project's "loca.zip\\Assets\\localization" folder and "loca.zip\\Assets\\localization.meta" files to attached project "starting_point.zip\\Assets"
2. Open attached project "starting_point"
3. Observe Console window
Expected result: No exception
Actual result: 'NullReferenceException: The Table "texts_en' does not have a SharedTableData" exception
Reproducible with: 0.10.0-preview (2019.4.23f1)
Not reproducible with: 0.10.0-preview (2020.1.0a21), 2020.3.3f1, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a11)
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1, 2020.1.0a20 (console errors break project)
Note:
To reproduce the issue, you need to delete the old project and repeat steps 1-3.
