Localization list elements hover highlight is darker than in other areas of the Editor and not light theme friendly when hovered
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Install the Localization package (com.unity.localization)
- Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
- Open the Localization tab in the Project Settings window
- Press the "Create" button
- Press the "Save" button
- Hover the mouse cursor over any of the Locale Selectors elements
- Observe the hovered element
Actual results: The hover highlight is darker than in other areas of the Editor and not light theme friendly when hovered
Expected results: The hover highlight is consistent with other areas of the Editor (lighter, not as dark) to be light theme friendly
Reproducible with versions: 1.5.9 (6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.14f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5 6000.5.0a2)
Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.0.1
