EditorGUILayout.PropertyField displays reorderable and not reorderable lists
How to reproduce it:
1. Open the user's attached project "Loc-167.zip"
2. In the Project window select a "Test" asset
3. In the Inspector window expand the "Tables" foldout
4. Observe the "Tables" foldout in the Inspector window
Expected result: Only one non-reorderable list is displayed in the "Tables" foldout
Actual result: Reorderable and not reorderable lists are displayed in the "Tables" foldout
Reproducible with: 2020.2.3f1, 2020.3.2f1 (0.10.0-preview)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10 (0.10.0-preview)
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1 (0.3.1-preview) - due to errors
