[Local] ParticleSystem.Start doesn't start simulation in some camera locations
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "ParticleIssueScene"
3. Run scene (make sure that scene view isn't visible)
4. Move camera using "A" to the left so that red floor is no longer visible
5. Press G - nothing happens (particle emmision should have started)
6. Move camera to the right using "D" until returning to the original position
7. Notice that particle simulation starts
