Local Bounds values of 2D Freeform Light change when the Scene is reloaded
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “LocalBound_repro“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. From the menu of the Inspector window open the Debug window
4. Select the “Light 2D“ GameObject
5. Observe the Local Bounds
6. Open “SampleScene1“ and reopen “SampleScene“
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5
Expected result: Local Bounds values are the same
Actual result: Local Bounds values are different
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.13f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Not reproducible with other types of 2D light
