Local AssetBundle Server does not start on 5.5.0a2
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project in 5.5.0a4+
2. Attempt to turn on Assets-->AssetBundles-->Local AssetBundle Server
Result: Local AssetBundle Server does not turn on
Reproduced on 5.5.0a4, 5.5.0b8, 5.6.0a1
