Loading Scene Async In Play Mode does not create a new Physics Scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached project 'LocalPhysicsMode.zip'
2. Open scene 'SampleScene'
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe Console output
Expected result: Both loaded scenes with LoadSceneAsync and LoadSceneAsyncInPlayMode parameters have new Physics Scenes
Actual result: Scene loaded with LoadSceneAsyncInPlayMode parameter doesn't get new Physics Scene
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b6
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a7
