Loading RenderDoc in the Editor causes Gizmos to disappear
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Make sure that RenderDoc is installed and Gizmos are visible in the Scene View
3. Right-click Scene View tab and select Load Render Doc menu item
Expected result: Gizmos are shown in the Scene View
Actual result: Gizmos disappear in the Scene View
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a9, 2020.1.0a25, 2020.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1, 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0a8
Notes:

- Tested with RenderDoc v1.6
- Pressing Gizmos button in the Scene View does not toggle Gizmos return appearance
