Loading large scenes takes too much time
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "SceneLoad" project
2. Observe the amount of time it takes to load the scene
Expected result: Loading the scene takes about a few seconds
Actual result: Loading the scene takes a few minutes
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0b9, 2022.1.0f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.0b8, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15
