"Loading Initial Domain With User Assemblies" is repeated twice when loading the project
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new Unity project
2. Observe the Editor Launch Screen loading messages
Expected results: "Loading Initial Domain With User Assemblies" is only repeated once
Actual results: "Loading Initial Domain With User Assemblies" is repeated twice
Reproducible with: 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.3.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1 (different Editor Launch Screen loading)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
