Loading icons in Generator window stutter when window is not focused
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the AI Package
2. In the Editor toolbar, click the AI dropdown button
3. Open new window to generate New Texture
4. Add a Prompt (for example: Wizard)
5. Press “Generate” button
6. Make sure Texture Generator window is not focused (focus Chrome or any other program)
7. Observe the loading icon in the Generator window
Actual results: loading icons in window stutter
Expected results: loading icons do not stutter
Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-pre.8 (6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1)
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.5 (M1)
