Loading bar of a loading screen is off-center in the WebGL build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN_29676”
2. Make sure WebGL is selected as a Platform in Build Settings
3. Build And Run
Expected result: loading bar in the loading screen is centred
Actual result: loading bar in the loading screen is off centre
Reproducible with: 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.19f1 (no PWA template)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
