Loaded and inactive canvas rect size is 0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "CanvasSizeCheckAfterLoadScene.zip"
2. Open and Play "CanvasRectCheck" scene
3. Check the Concole
4. It writes canvas rect values after canvas is loaded from an other scene
5. Notice that it shows correct rect values only after next frame of canvas activation
Work as expected in Unity 5.2.1f1
